It's been quite some time since the last time we had a family outing like this. We went on a one day fishing trip to Smith Marine near Pulau Ubin. Rarely I wake up at 8am on a Sunday.... But it's definitely worth it!! I'm not a fishing enthu but I really enjoyed myself at the fish farm cos I managed to catch some fishy :P If no catch = no fun! Hahaha... Now I'm suffering from the after effect, sun burnt. argh!! I did put sunblock, juz that I din apply properly so some patches I din managed to apply the sunblock. Now I look like a cow... patches here n there red red n painful :( btw, it cost $35 per pax. This includes the boat fees and entrance fees...
Side note, while on the speed boat to the fish farm, the wind n the smell of the sea, made me miss diving even more!!! I wanna go diving....

The place is quite BIG!! Saw the floating platform in the background? It's going to be a restaurant. So next time u can juz ask them to cook ur catch n dine there!!

This catch is a bit different. You can fish the fishes in the fish farm but it cost u $12 per catch. If u fish at the open sea, it's free unlimited fishing :)
Thinking what to do for your next weekend? Try fishing :) Oh btw, we brought our own rods n stuff.... I dunno if they do equipment rental.
How I got to know the place? Well, as my bro is a 'fishing celebrity' (quoted from him), he was invited by the owner of the fish farm to go. But it wasn't FOC =.= why like that? Thut it's an invitation??
