Went for my FIRST Bay Run today :D 10km. But it's a personal achievement! Nv done a 10km run b4. Ran for 3km den walk n run a bit for 4 km, last 3km jog all e way to finishing line. Wouldn't hav done it if Raymond is nt there. Bump into him n Doris at the 7km mark so we ran tgt. He kep encouraging me n motivated me along to complete the last 3km. Would hav give up n walk if he wasn't there. Thanks pal! Deardear flagged off first so din run wif me :( sadded...
