I din expect my cols to notice the change. Perhaps the gers' instinct is pretty strong. hahaha... They are all asking me abt my slimming prog n complimenting on e glow on my face :) I look more energetic (i feel more energetic too!) n radiant! This is simply wonderful. Considering all these, the price I paid for is cfm worth it ah! hahaha...

Many told me they cldn't do it cos they cnt give up on food. Hey, I'm a sucker for food I oso cn do it lo. At first I realli doubted whether I cn do it myself. But e truth is, e acupuncture realli helps in curbing my craving n shrunk my appetite :D It oso helps to regulate my hormones so I look more radiant now. hehehe...
